31-43 oops ;D

Hello readers,
I am sorry that i have not posted in ohhh about a  billion days, as my last post reads this is the last day before hang and focus. Yes that was the last day I was even able to make coherent sentences involvoing lighting. My statments are slowly disintegrating into "muhm", "yea",  "just a minute",  "I will go find it", "baton coming in (or out) and "Dear Dave, I am standing the genie what would you like me to fix?"
I will hopefully soon explain what I just wrote. To clear some posing questions. The batons are what our lights are hung on and g need to yell out if we are pulling them in or out so that no one gets hurt.
Dave is the lighting designer and he checks the focus to see if it is good to focus a light we go up to (in a genie lift) to where the batons are hung and then we turn the light in the right direction and shutter it ( we make a beam of light into a square of light; finally we adjust the focus if it is sharp or fuzzy by turning a knob on the instrument and moving the lens in or out.

Oh I have started to speak in letter format because one it is very amusing and two it gets people attention a whole lot quicker! For instance...

Dear Mom and Dad,
I am tired right now,  please bring me my other stash of gloves, scarves, and if I have extra hats that would be lovely as well; when you come and visit. I also want my portfolio, sketch book and the yellow ethernet cable from the bureau.

Love,
Sam

P.S. this is not a fake letter it started snowing today and I am tired.
P.S.S. The  only fun thing about the snow was one of my friends, Sarah had never seen real snow before and really got a kick out of it the rest of us did not :)

Until another break in the action
~Another Day and Adventure Awaits~

P.S.S.S really don't forget to bring that stuff C:
